He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Golden Sr. and Zelma Golden; his siblings, Frances Bowman and Marcus Golden; and his brothers-in-law, Lynn Thompson and Robert Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Golden; his children, Bonita Ball (Bill), Kevin Golden, Rodney Golden (Melissa) and Phillip Golden; his grandchildren, Duane Ball (Adrian), Lauren Maddox (Clay) and Donovan Golden; his great grandchildren, Liam and Madeline Maddox; his siblings, Freddy Golden (Pamela), Vera Thompson, Joseph Golden (Audrey), James Golden (Wilda) and Carolyn Hutchens (Wade); and his brother-in-law Raymond Bowman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to Bethlehem's cemetery fund.
