He is survived by: his wife Peggy Carr; his son Tommie Ray Carr (Susie); his grandsons, TJ Carr (Lauren) and Kylor Carr; his sister Betty Jane Hammett; his stepmother Virginia Carr; his daughters, Sharon Beck (Scott) and Suzanne Stephens; his grandchildren, Kristi Mikle (Jason), Brittany Stephens, Charlie Stephens, Haley Teet (Caleb), Ashlyn Beck, Heather Knight, Matthew Mascarenhas and Nathan Mascarenhas; his great grandchildren, Ren, Adalyn, Ezra, Sam, Margaret, Emmett Mikle and Kaiden Stephens; and his pets, Sweet, Socks and Snow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
