He was predeceased by: his parents, L. M. Hilley and Betty Hilley of Southside; and his sister Kim Hilley Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hilley of Rainbow City; his son Ryan Hilley (Lauren); his granddaughter Emilia of Southside; and his siblings, Mike Hilley (Gloria) and Carol Hilley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society or another charity of choice.
