She was predeceased by: her daughter Connie Leigh Taylor; her husband Mike Hawkins; her parents, W. T. Benefield and Tillie Mae Benefield; her brothers, Billie Benefield, James Benefield and Ronnie Benefield; and her grandson Grant Cowgill.
She is survived by: her sons, Lane Taylor (Lorri) and Corey Taylor (Amy); her stepdaughters, Terri Elliott (Jeff) and Leslie Hawkins; her grandchildren, Katie Browning (Tyler), Cody Taylor (Samantha), AJ Taylor (Kyndall), Kyle Minshew, Emma Smith, Calleigh Elliott and Andrew Elliott; her great grandchildren, Cooper Mac Taylor and Callie Lane Taylor; her sister Linda Ewing (Larry); her grandsons, Zac of Cody, AJ, Ty Taylor and Tyler Browning; and her nephew Chris Benefield.
