She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Brown and Annie Bell Brown; her siblings, Curt, Jack, Claud, Harmon, Clyde (Bud), Marie and Lynn; her husband Alvis Butler; her son Curtis Lavell; her brother Randy Dale; her daughter Sherry Dianne; her grandson Anthony Darrell (Tony); and her children-in-law, Donnie R. Tanner and Brenda Crowder.

She is survived by: her children, Rodger (Doris) and Kathy Lynn; her daughter-in-law Lynne; her grandchildren, Josh Tanner (Kim), Jenny Lynn Tanner and Brandy; her sister-in-law Susan Hallman; her great grandchild Clint (Haley); her brothers, Chase Tanner, Allie Tanner, Ally Townsend, Jaxon Freeman, Cammy Townsend, Shyanne Freeman and Isaiah Wingo; her great grandchild Mammaw; and her caregivers, Kim Malcolm, Angie Hindman and Kathy.
