He is survived by: his wife Cindy Holderfield; his children, Chad, Chelsea Holderfield and Chris Holderfield (Michelle); his siblings, David Holderfield (Jean), Alan Holderfield (Andrea), Phillip Holderfield (Terri) and Phyllis Robertson (Mike); his parents-in-law, Sue Ashely (late Ray), Bobby and Martha McDonald; his sister-in-law Pam Gaither (Robert); his grandsons, Dalton and Tyler Holderfield; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer of Wes, Ala, Lydia, Nick, Katie, Alex, Brad, Amanda and Michelle; and his close friends, Danny Wrinkles, Steve Wise, Tom Hayes, Ron Warwick, Earl Duke and Billy Blue.
