He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Lee Groover and Kathryn Davis; his stepfather Sharley Davis; and his brother Troy Groover (Phyllis). He is survived by: his sister Kathie Jacobs; his nephews, Jason Jacobs (Jenny), John Jacobs, Jed Jacobs, Alan Groover (Jennifer), Sean Groover, James Jacobs, Charlie Jacobs and Logan Jacobs; his niece Lilah Jacobs; and his friends, Bonnie Groover and Rachael Anderson.
