He is survived by: his wife Debra Lee; his sons, Rick Lee (Amy) and Warren Lee (Kacey); his grandchildren, Dakota Lee (Kelsey), Brandon Lee (Kayleigh), Jayden Lee, Tyler Griffitt (Olivia), Austin Smith (Keshia), Hayden Smith (Kaina), Haley Smith, Kenrin Whitworth, Kohen Lee, Lucas, Anderson Smith and Judsen Smith; his nephews, Jeremy Mashburn (Christal), Jerrod Mashburn (Stacey), Brandon Burton (Brandi) and Eric Burton; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zack, Chloe, Natalie, Emily Mashburn, Case, Tyson and Easton Burton; his cousin Tiffaney Lemons; and his friend Mike Jacobs.
