She is survived by: her son Doug Wise (Danielle); her siblings, Ronald Underwood (Angie), Donald Underwood (Mony), Vicki Bridenbaugh (Jim) and Melody Templeton; her siblings-in-law, JoAnn Underwood, Bobby Allen and Harold Leverett; her uncle Wayne Underwood (Glenda); her aunts, Eloise Crowe and Jean Bearden; her cousin Charlotte Bowen; and her close friends, Jane Parker and Kim Smith. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
