With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noyal D. Hamby of Attalla, Alabama, who passed away on August 17, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Earlene Hamby; his parents, Pascal Hamby and Eveline Hamby; and his brothers, Sherman and Willie T. Hamby.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas Hamby (Susan) of Marietta, GA and Wanda Humphrey (Jackie) of Rome, GA; and his siblings, Shelby Daniel, Linda McHan, Margie Yates, Rosemary Ponder, Cherry Hamby, Jack Hamby and Rex Hamby (Edna McCullers). He is also survived by six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association (http://www.action.lung.org) in Mr. Hamby's memory.
