He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Alexander and Grace Alexander; and his sisters, Edith Meade and Sandy Evans. He is survived by: his wife Linda Alexander; his children, Tom Alexander (Tricia), Robert Alexander (Carla), Will Alexander (Charlotte) and Beth Thompson; his grandchildren, Chris Alexander (April), John Alexander (Renae), Jeffery Thompson, Kristin Thompson, Morgan Alexander, Caitlin Alexander, Veronica Alexander and Whittnie Alexander; and his siblings, John Ed Alexander, William Alexander (Kay), James Alexander (Linda), Pat Shealey and Margaret McRee. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church or a charity of your choice in Norman's name.
