He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Henry Wright and Veona Wright; his grandfather William Hitt; and his mother Gayla Hitt. He is survived by: his grandmother Latene Hitt; his sister Carrie Hodges (Darrell); his uncles, Bill Hitt (Leah), Blair Hitt (Teresa) and Jeff Hitt (Carol); and his aunt Crystal Bentley (William).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ Central Church Food Pantry – 409 West Grand Ave Rainbow City AL 35906.
