He is survived by: his wife Leanna Perry; his children, Blake Perry (Kaylan) and Brooke Perry Wilder (Brandon); his father Thomas Guthrie; his brother Joseph Guthrie (Glean Vaughn); his stepsister Kelley Windham (Eric); his parents-in-law, Linda and Lloyd Reaves; his brothers-in-law, Johnny Frair (Jessica) and Ed Kelley (Tara); his grandchildren, Blakleigh, Brynsleigh, Bexleigh Wilder, Kree and Kambri Perry; and his daughter Savannah Crawford Frair. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
