He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica; his parents, Huley Bynum and Florine Bynum; his parents-in-law, Eldred and Betty Campbell; his nephew Jeffrey Bynum; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Parrish, Diane, Patsy and Darlynn Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his sons, Chad (Robin) and Joshua (Heather); his grandchildren, Tyler and Ashley Bynum; his brother Wayne (Sue); his brothers-in-law, Larry (Deb), Mike, Don, Steve Campbell and Steve Parrish; his nephew Todd Bagley (LeNola); and his grandsons, Cole and Levi Bagley.
