She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mehurg and Evelyn Mehurg; and her significant other Robert "Bob" Baker. She is survived by: her son James Baker (Ramona); her grandchildren, Lucas Baker (Amy Elizabeth) and Alexandra Elizabeth Baker; and her great grandchild Reagan Elizabeth Baker.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the memorial fund at the First Baptist Church of Attalla.
