She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Ford and Lena Belle Peppers Ford; her husband Jim Dean; and her son Jimmy. She is survived by: her son Jerry Dean (Cindy); her daughter-in-law Darlene Dean; her grandchildren, Kyle Dean (Ashley), Cameron Dean (Caitlin), Meredith Hargrove (Jeremy), Amanda Ledbetter (Zayne) and Zackary Dean (MacKenzie); her great grandchild Andrew Dean; her nephew Mike Gipson; and her nieces, Sammy Dean Lewis and Cathy Gipson VanDyke. She is also survived by several cousins, great nieces and nephews.

Family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Attalla.
