He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Bowlin and Ruth Morgan Bowlin; and his sister-in-law Melba Graham. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Burke Bowlin; his children, Tim Bowlin (Tina), Sherry Bowlin and Susan Battles (Chip); his grandchildren, Joshua Battles (Michelle), Dakota Hoffman (Allister), Allison Grimes (Austyn), Alix Brothers, Chloe Bowlin and Sydney Bowlin; his great grandchildren, Jacob Battles, Aiden Grimes, Brayden Grimes, Lilah Battles, Parker Grimes, Grayson and Waylen Works; his aunts, Eloise Lee, Betty Scott and Tressa Morgan; his uncle Bobby Morgan (Loretta); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Bolton Eubanks (Robert), Nan Nelson, Gwen Johnson (Mel), Anita Burke and Roy Burke (Dani). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
