He is survived by: his daughter Susan Cornutt Machen (Russell); his granddaughter Lauren Machen Puckett (Joseph); his great grandchildren, Hudson Thomas Puckett, Grayson Wells Puckett and Reagan Elise Puckett; his siblings, Harold Cornutt (Betty) and Janice Colegrove; and his sister-in-law Patricia Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
