He was predeceased by: his parents, Pace Jenkins and Nellie Jenkins; his sons, Howard and Mark Paul; and his siblings, Kenneth, Robert Jenkins, Sybil Neander and Jean Gagnon.

He is survived by: his wife Jackie Smith Jenkins; his children, Robbie Jenkins, Debra Landingham, Ronald, John Jenkins, Chris, Pace Jenkins, Kathy Yow (Ronnie), Kay Paul and Tracy Marshall; his brother Thomas Martin Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Kevin Yow, Ronda Yow, Jerry Marshall, Joe Marshall, Garrett Paul, Dalton Jenkins and Eden Jenkins. He is also survived by 4 great granddaughters.
