He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Collier and Coralee Collier; his brother-in-law Keith Perry; his daughter-in-law Lori Collier; his stepdaughter Angel Griffin; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Martha Seabourn.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Collier; his children, Sean Collier, Neisee Spinks (Shawn) and Phillip Franklin (Darla); his grandchildren, Tayla Collier, Jaylee Collier, Brayden Collier, Jayden Spinks, Crimson Spinks, Jody Spinks, Shannon Spinks, Zoey Franklin, Zayden Franklin and Zeplynn Franklin; and his sisters, Joyce Perry, Sandra Siebert (Ben) and Peggy Guebert (Dave).
