He was predeceased by: his parents, Howell Jack and Margaret Ann Payne; his brothers, Jeffery Payne and David Payne; and his grandson Caleb Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Payne; his children, Shawn Payne and Shandi Cox (Chris); his grandchildren, Tiara Kinsley Woodrum, Jayla Payne, Cadence Payne and Ashlyn Cox; and his sister Betty Jo Power (Alton). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jackie's memory to Siberton Baptist Church.
