She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Blackwell and Willie Mae Blackwell; and her siblings, Bobby Blackwell, Doug Blackwell, Jimmy Blackwell and Linda Blackwell.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Richey (Yvette), Steve Richey and Vance Richey; and her siblings, Tom Corrin, Janice Deerman and Barbara Smith. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morgan Funeral Chapel (625 Gilbert Ferry Rd SE, Attalla, AL 35954). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
