He was predeceased by: his wife Bethany Carroll; his grandparents, Francis Torbett, Margaret and George Carroll Jr.; and his cousin Amanda Torbett.
He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia Ann Chism and George Lynn Carroll; his stepfather Roy Chism; his grandfather Reece Torbett; his children, Brianna Danaeé Carroll, Brent Sebastian Carroll, Ethan, Cayden Zwierzinski, Kelby Casteel, Joe and Hayden Chism; and his close friend Julie Munday. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
