He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Bill Strickland and Helen Kemp. He is survived by: his parents, Jenell Strickland and Harfon Kemp (Linda); his stepsiblings, Barbara Halada (Richard) and Bob Kemp (Patricia); his sons, Christopher Kemp, Lance Kemp (Tabitha) and Dallas Kemp; his stepson Chase Sullivan; his grandchildren, Bailey Kemp, Levi Kemp and Elliott Kemp; and his aunt Shirley McCain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
