He is survived by: his wife Brianna Honea Maddox; his children, Allie Jade Maddox, Mason Wayne Maddox and Jaxon Lee Maddox; his parents, Robert Daniel Maddox, Jr. and Tammie Joy Maddox; his grandmother Geraldine Ryan; and his sisters, Katelynn Ruth-Ann Maddox and Emily Danielle Maddox Truitt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
