She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Elizabeth Smith; her husband Jeff Miller; her sister Jean; and her brother-in-law Charlie Hunsucker.

She is survived by: her daughter Kristi Hill Tipton; her grandchildren, Amber Swindall (Dylan), Dorsett Tipton (Arianna) and Caleb Tipton; her great grandchildren, Dayton, Dax Tipton, Colt Swindall and Avery Tipton; and her brothers, Stephen Smith (Linda) and Tom (Jane Miller). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, along with special friends.
