Russell of Attalla, Alabama.; her parent Gumbo Blackwell; her siblings, Dr. Jack Blackwell, Lorene Gladden, Leola Nelson, Iva Mae Blackwell, Eva Fay Blackwell and Agnes Reeves; and her son Johnny Wayne Adams.

She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Blackwell (Sandra), Hazel Chandler, Carolyn Shankles and Marolyn Cochran; her sister-in-law Alvatine Blackwell; her daughter Jackie Farley (Roy); her great-nephew Jim Russell (Dinah); her grandchildren, Holly Bennett (Thad), Heath Farley (Bobbie), Tyler Adams (Abby), Abby Hodges (Derek) and Angie Davis (Brian); and also Dale Adams (Debbie).
