It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis E Leverton of Attalla, Alabama, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Leverton and Nora Swanger Leverton; and his siblings, Doris Westcott (William), Marie Wells (Bill), Martha Railey (Floyd), Elenor Sue Tolbert (Harold), Helon Whitfield (Fred) and J. B. Leverton (Mary Nell).

He is survived by: his wife Sharion Gaskin Leverton; his daughter Amy Walker (Darel); his granddaughter Jordan Walker; his siblings, Billie Tolbert and Donald Leverton (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Vicki Brown, Phillip Gaskin (Regina) and Greg Gaskin (Sandy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
