He is survived by: his children, Timothy Jarred Watts (Melissa), David Ray Watts (Chasity), Misty Nicole Hughes (Brandon), Stephen Lynn Oaks (Jessica), Michael Stokes and Clifford Stokes; his grandchildren, Nick, Jacob Watts, Elijah, Isaiah, Gracie, Ezekiel, Ruthie Watts, Ryleigh, Peyton, Everette Hughes, Kaitlyn Hawkins, Sarah Oaks, Allison Massengil and Jessica Jackson; his sisters, Kim Watts (Dwayne), April Ozbilgin and Donna Robinson; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Graf, Billy Kelley and Stella Ozbilgin; his great-nephew Keegan Ball; his uncle James Goodwin; and his aunt Sandra Jones.
