She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Collins of Attalla and Trammel Collins of Albertville. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edward Guthrie; her children, Shannon Perry (Leanna), Joseph Guthrie (Glean Vaughn), Kelly Windham (Eric) and Nickey Guthrie; her grandchildren, Blake Perry (Kaylan), Brooke Wilder (Brandon), Morgan Windham and Steed Windham; her great grandchildren, Blakleigh, Kree, Brynsleigh, Kambri and Sophia; and her sister Ann Hiler. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
