He is survived by : his daughters, Sharon (Larry) Brothers, Sandy Dobbins Talley and son, Joseph Dobbins and chosen daughter Alicia Brock; his siblings, Kathy Griffith (Wayne) and Joe H Dobbins Jr. (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Trey, Haley, Shelby (Jay) and Kayli (Justin). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
