He was predeceased by: his parent Ludy Churchill; his siblings, Dwight Churchill (Dean), Frances Orne, Douglas Churchill, Bobby Churchill, Charles Churchill and Brenda Churchill; and his daughters, Suzanne Hampton and Teresa Churchill.

He is survived by: his brother Papaw; his wife Martha Churchill; his children, Ricky Hampton (Suzanne), Ricky Churchill (Allison), Vicky Tanner (Levi), Pamela Farmer (Mickey) and Sandra Churchill; his granddaughter April Churchill; his sister Faye Stracener (Otto); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Churchill (Douglas) and Bill Orne (Frances). He is also survived by 13 other grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
