She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Jack Champion (Glenda), Nicole Betz (Zack), Kyler Ballenger (Kayla), Julie, Cole Ballenger, Curt, Abby, Hayden Champion, Jimmy Champion (Connie), Tyler (Shayna), Ryance, Ralls, Jack Thomas Champion, Emily (Chad), David, John, Vivian Hare, Carol McWaters (Donnie), Matthew (Dana), Zane, Evie, Audrey Owens, Jamie (Steven), Emma, Ty Blackwood, Jane Lee (Ted Knight), Jessika (Justin), Lee Caroline Miller and Savannah Wallace (Spencer); and her siblings, Kenneth Addison (Nancy), Mike Addison (Teresa), Gail Hill, Dean Laney and Gwen Kelley (Randy). She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
