He was predeceased by: his parents, E. K. Kelly and Mattie C. Burton Kelly; and his siblings, Alek Kelley, Charles Kelley, Wille Kelley, Lorine Kelley, Allie Mae Williams, Tommie Lee Thomas and Christine Kelley James.
He is survived by: his children, Chinder Ankofski of Detroit, MI., Denise Rudolph of Attalla, Mario Green of Detroit, MI, Stredrick Carter of Atlanta, GA. and Benjamin Kelley Jr. of Attalla, AL.; and also Ben. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, and special friends.
