He was predeceased by: his father William Lazarus Parker (Lottie Mae Conway). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Parker of Bratt, FL; his sons, Wendell Ralph Parker (Katy) of Tallahassee, FL and David Parker (Kristin) of Tallahassee, FL; and his grandchildren, Hayley Parker, Mason Parker, Matt Parker, Kylee Parker, Luke Lambert, Chase Lambert and Lila Parker. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
