William Neal Franklin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2020, at the age of 99, William Neal Franklin of Atmore, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Franklin and Annie Taylor Franklin; his wife Genise Watford Franklin; his son James Willis Franklin; and his siblings, Carl Franklin and Jewel Rodgers.

He is survived by: his sons, Mike Franklin of Atmore, AL and Lavon Franklin (Bonnie) of Fort Payne, AL; his siblings, Gene Franklin (Ruth Ann) of Center, AL, Mildred Hart of Birmingham, AL and Melba Crews of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Ronald, Sherry, Kristopher, Blair and Jay Michael. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
