He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Garfield Mauldin and Margaret Blanton Mauldin; his brother Gary Michael Mauldin; and his granddaughter Emma Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Nell Mauldin of Atmore, AL; his children, Steven Mauldin (Krista) of Bratt, FL, Jennifer Lehmann (Beau) of Bay Minette, AL and Kristy Garrett (Earl) of McDavid; his stepdaughters, Daphne Peebles (Brian) of Stapleton, AL, Angela Lassiter of Atmore, AL. and Amanda Harrison (Jim) of Walnut Hill, FL; his siblings, Jimmy Mauldin (Jennie) of Pensacola, FL and Paula Watson (Jim) of Bratt, FL; his grandchildren, Leia, Ellie and Olivia; and his great grandchild Maddox.
