She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Otis and Mazie Knowles-Smith; and her siblings, Randy Smith, John Dewey Smith and Martha McShea.
She is survived by: her son Andy Dewayne Smith of Flomaton, AL; her siblings, Billy Smith (Judy) of Flomaton, AL, Donnie Smith (Sandy) of Phoenix, AZ and Betty Smith of Flomaton, AL; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Dewayne Smith and Andrea Nicole Smith. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
