He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Hale of Atmore, AL; his daughters, Connie Hale of Atmore, AL, Teresa Land (John) of Atmore, AL and Kathy Griffin (Chuck) of Uriah, AL; his siblings, Rodney Hale (Dena) of Belleair, FL, Sue Mahoney of Bagdad, FL, Sandra "Boots" O'Brien and Linda Peacock (Bernard) of Stockton, AL; his grandchildren, Tansey Espey (Gerry), Tracey Nelson (Rodney), Tiffany Land, Steven Lassiter (Kelsey) and Mary Kathrine Salter (Hunter); and his great grandchildren, Jase Lassiter, Harper Ann Salter, John Fisher Salter, Brit Smith, Liam Chavers-Nelson and Gerri-Ryann Espey.
