He is survived by: his wife Jan Hall Stuart; his children, Eric Stuart (Angela) of Walnut Hill, FL and Rebecca Stuart Durbin (Blaine) of Spanish Fort, AL; his grandchildren, Dillan, Lane Stuart, Audrey and Kari Anne Durbin; and his siblings, Karen Stuart Dickey (Ron) of Gadsden, AL and Michael Stuart of Walnut Hill, FL..
