He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellie Monroe and Jannie Foster Rowell; and his siblings, George Almas Rowell and Wylonette R. Etheridge. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Rowell; his daughters, Marie Maughon (Jimmy) of Stockton, AL, Racheal Brown (Daniel), Myra Rowell and Tyra Livingston (Steven) of Atmore, AL; and his sisters, Claudie Bradford of Pensacola, FL, Ann James of Atmore, AL and Pauline Olsen of Atmore, AL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Serenity Gardens (Airport Road and, US-31, Atmore, AL 36502).
