She is survived by: her husband James Middlebrooks; her children, Allen Blake Sheffield, Donna Lynn Chavers Bolton and Stacey Irons DeLoatche; her siblings, Larry Thomas Reynolds, Marvin Othell Reynolds, Marilyn Calvert and Loretta Reynolds; and her grandchildren, Jason Dewayne Anderson, Timothy Allen Sheffield, Kyrsti Sheffield Howard, Ashley DeLoatche and Christopher DeLoatche.
