He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Weber Walters and Lola Phillips Walters. He is survived by: his sister Linda Hayes of Pensacola, FL; his niece Tonya Hurst (Robert); his nephew Scott Hayes (Tracy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany Hurst, Heather Hurst, Dakota Hayes, Seth Hayes and Dylan Hayes.
