She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Rowell and Lillie Mae Bailey (Claude York); her siblings, Curtis Rowell, MacArthur Rowell and Cleo Sellers; and her granddaughter Miranda Dockens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty York Dockens (Harlie) of Williamsburg, VA, Claudette McKay of Fultondale, AL and Robin Byrd of Bratt, FL; her siblings, Charles Edward Rowell of Atmore, AL, Tiny Womack of Atmore, AL, Earnestine Forte of Atmore, AL, Wilodean Davis of Atmore, AL, Jeanette Small of Hanover, PA and Joyce Fogg of Portales, NM; her grandchildren, Wendy Pettis, Amy Collier, Harlie Ryan Dockens and Rebecca Dockens; and her great grandchildren, Cody, Brooke, Kaleb, Olivia, Bailey and Emily. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
