He is survived by: his children, Sierra Roundy, Reese Roundy and Will Roundy; his parents, Brenda Faye Simmons (Dean) and Ted Roundy; his sister Christian; his uncle Ken Dean (Linda); his aunt Theresa Roundy; and his cousins, Deborah Brownlee and Jeffrey Dean. He is also survived by caregiver to his mother and children.
