She is survived by: her husband Charles "Shorty" James of Brewton; her children, Tom James of Brewton, Tammy Nelson (Sammy) of Brewton and Teresa Franklin (Allen) of Brewton; her sisters, Ruth Bailey of Poarch and Evelyn Akin of Alabama; her grandchildren, Heather Sims (Doug), Brandon Nelson, Hunter Franklin, Meagan Franklin, Whittney Overby (Cody) and Austin James (Kirsten); and her great grandchildren, Madison Nelson, Conner Nelson, Gavin Nelson, Gracie Sims, DJ Sims, Ty Sims, Randy Overby, Madeline Overby, Charlie Overby, Brayden James and Bentley James.
