We bid farewell to LaBetty Hardy Drew Singleton of Atmore, Alabama, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 1, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Benjamin Hardy and Hattie Phillips Hardy; her former husband Joseph Carl Drew; and her siblings, Lucille Zeringue, Lois Hall, Linda Garrick, Lanette "Nett" Hardy, Louie Hardy, Leslie Hardy, Lamar Hardy and Leonard "Pete" Hardy.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Autry Singleton; her sons, Steve Drew (Beth), Kelly Drew (Jennifer) and Keith Drew; her stepchildren, Janet S. McCraney (Tim), Janine S. Walker (Charlie) and Autry Singleton; her sisters, Latisha Phillips and Sarah Coon; and her grandchildren, Sandi Sims (Travis), Nicholas Drew (Jocelyn), Jaime Smith (Bruce) and Joseph Drew (Kasey). She is also survived by her nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home (1322 S Main St, Atmore, AL 36502). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1201 N Main St, Atmore, AL 36502).
