He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Biggs and Katie Biggs (Brantley); his wife Frances Marie Lambert Biggs; and his sisters, Alice Faye Biggs and Sybil Ann Biggs.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Biggs of Atmore, AL and Rodney Biggs (Lisa) of Atmore, AL; his brother Thomas "Tommy" Biggs of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Heather Weaver (Jeff), Kristen Biggs (Kenny) and Tiffany Adams (Paul); and his great grandchildren, Britton Morris (Emma), Brayden Blackwell, Gracie Weaver, Kamryn Blackwell, Kaylee Adams, Nala Shaw and Bryant Adams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
