He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvestus Kelly and Mamie Kelly (Barrow); and his brothers, Foy Kelly (Elmer), Robert Kelly (Maxine) and Herman Kelly (Shelia).
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Kelly; his daughters, Lynn Hendricks (Mark) and Amanda Holland (Keith); his grandchildren, Keegan Lambeth (Mallory), Samantha Daugett (Josh), Rebecca Calloway, Leigha Holland, Hillary Floyd (Jesse) and Abby Hendricks; and his great grandchildren, Lawson Lambeth, Harper Daugett, Walker Lambeth and Cason Daugett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
