She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elbert and Naomi Singleton Digman; her husband Hibbert Lambert, Sr.; her children, Margaret Elizabeth Lambert, Hibbert Lambert, Jr. (Buddy) and Barbara Ann Hollingsworth; her granddaughter Rena Hollingsworth; her great grandchild Samuel Asher Lambert; her sons-in-law, Barney Ray Shipp and Dewayne Hollingsworth; and her siblings, James Digman (Bo), Essie Ziglar, Willie Gagner and Jean Lambert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Merle Pope, Edna Shipp, Glenda McAnally (George) and Pat Lambert Hetzel (Wayne); and her grandchildren, Ronald Hollingsworth, Robert Hollingsworth, Russell Hollingsworth, Rachael Hollingsworth Hamilton, Michael Lambert, Jonathan Wade Lambert (Jon), Jenny Lambert Biggs, Keith Pope, Marsha McAnally Carter, Amanda Hetzel Hawkins and Ben Hetzel. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and many great great children, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home (9260 US-31, Atmore, AL 36502). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
